By accessing or using WrkCrew, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use WrkCrew. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. User conduct
You agree not to post fraudulent job listings, misrepresent credentials, harass other users, scrape or copy platform data without permission, or violate any applicable law. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Employer obligations
Employers must disclose pay ranges accurately in all postings. Employers must not require workers to pay fees as a condition of employment. Employers must comply with all applicable employment, occupational health and safety, and human rights laws.
5. Worker representations
Workers represent that all credentials, certifications, and experience listed on their profiles are accurate. WrkCrew verifies credentials with issuing bodies where possible but does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by users.
6. No employment relationship
WrkCrew is a platform connecting workers and employers. We are not an employer, employment agency, or party to any employment relationship that may result from use of the platform. Employment relationships are solely between workers and employers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WrkCrew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or applicable law.
