Canada is short tens of thousands of skilled trades workers and the gap is widening every year. Employers are paying premium wages and still can't fill roles. Workers are getting underbid by ghost recruiters and chasing job postings that don't list a real wage.
Meanwhile, the job boards trades workers actually use, Indeed, Kijiji, Facebook groups, were built for office workers and bolted on a trades filter as an afterthought.
WrkCrew is built the other way around. Mobile-first because tradespeople work on their phones. SMS-first because nobody's checking email after a 10-hour shift. Pay transparent because hiding wages is how good workers get ripped off. Credential-verified because journeymen are tired of proving themselves every time.
We're launching across Canada in 2026 with one promise: every job on the platform shows real pay, every employer is verified, and every worker carries their tickets as portable, trusted credentials.

Workers never pay us
Job seekers will always be free. Profiles, credential verification, applications, messaging, everything. Employers fund the platform. Always.
Verified credentials are portable
Once we verify your Red Seal or journeyman cert, it's yours forever. You shouldn't have to re-upload tickets every time you apply.
