We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, complete your profile, upload credentials, post job listings, communicate with other users, or contact our support team. This includes name, phone number, email address, employment history, certifications, and any other content you choose to share.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the WrkCrew service; verify credentials with issuing bodies; facilitate communication between workers and employers; send transactional messages and notifications; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information sharing

We share information you make available on your profile with verified employers when you apply for jobs. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (hosting, SMS delivery, payment processing) under contractual confidentiality obligations.

4. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account information at any time through your account settings. Canadian users have rights under PIPEDA including access, correction, and complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

5. Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; we make no guarantees against unauthorized access.
