How long does verification take?
Expected timelines for credential verification on WrkCrew.
Most credentials are verified within 1-2 business days.

| Red Seal / CofQ | 1-2 business days |
| CWB welding tickets | 1-2 business days |
| Working at Heights | Same day (digital records) |
| WHMIS | Same day (digital records) |
| Provincial trade certificates | 1-3 business days |
Verification may take longer if: - The issuing body doesn't have a digital lookup system (some older provincial records) - The certificate number or name doesn't match records exactly - You submitted a partial or illegible document
You'll receive an SMS notification when your credential is verified or if there's an issue.
You can still apply while verification is pending. You won't be blocked from using WrkCrew.
