What if my credential is rejected?

Rejections are rare and usually fixable. Common reasons:

• Name mismatch: Your certificate is under a different name (maiden name, middle name). Re-submit with a note explaining the discrepancy.
• Expired credential: Some credentials have expiry dates. Renew with the issuing body and re-submit.
• Wrong document: Make sure you're uploading the actual certificate, not a wallet card or training receipt.
• Illegible photo: Retake with better lighting and all four corners visible.

What to do:

1. Check the SMS notification, it will include the specific reason for rejection.
2. Correct the issue and re-submit from your profile.
3. If you believe the rejection is in error, contact us at hello@wrkcrew.com with your certificate number and we'll investigate.

Rejected credentials don't affect your ability to apply for jobs, employers simply won't see a verified badge for that specific credential.
