What happens after you apply?

Here's the typical sequence after you apply:

1. Immediately: The employer gets a push notification with your verified profile and voice intro attached.
2. Within 24-48 hours: Most employers on WrkCrew respond by text. You'll get an SMS.
3. Interview or offer: If the employer wants to move forward, they'll message you to set up a call or site visit.
4. No response: If you haven't heard back within 5 business days, the job may have been filled. You can message the employer directly from your Applications page.

You can withdraw an application from the Applications page at any time before an employer makes an offer.

Tip: Applying to 3-5 well-matched jobs gets better results than blasting 50 jobs. Quality matters.
