Every job posting must include a specific pay range. Postings that say "competitive," "DOE," or leave pay blank are automatically rejected before they ever appear on the platform.
Why this matters: Hidden pay wastes everyone's time and disproportionately harms workers, especially those who don't know how to negotiate.
What you can do: - If you see a job posting that hides pay, report it using the "Report this job" button on the job detail page. - Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
Employers who repeatedly violate pay transparency rules are suspended from the platform.
